CarComb monitors publicly listed private-seller vehicle listings inside the coverage zone you configure, scores them, and delivers alerts and digests to you. We aggregate and organize public listing information; we are not a party to any vehicle transaction and make no guarantee about the accuracy of third-party listings, the availability of any vehicle, or how many leads your zone will produce.
Plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price quoted when you subscribed. Month to month, no lock-in: cancel anytime through the billing portal linked in your Stripe receipts, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Your zone goes live within 5 business days of subscribing. If it doesn't, we refund your first payment in full on request — no questions asked.
Every plan includes an onboarding call where we configure your target models and calibrate your zone. Alert quality depends on that calibration; if you don't book the call, we'll nudge you, and we may pause billing rather than charge you for an untuned feed.
Your feed is for your own acquisition activity. Reselling, redistributing, or republishing the feed or its data requires our written agreement.
Your zone configuration, target list, and outcome history are yours. If you cancel, we'll export them to you on request and delete them on request.
